Do you allow outside catering?

Gray Gables Estate requires the use of our in house kitchen. Our chef will exceed your expectations and impress your guests. 

What happens if it rains?

Our event specialist will work with you to ensure that we have a backup plan for your event in case it rains. Our elegant ballroom allows for flexible indoor ceremony options during undesirable weather.

Do your events have a cut off time?

Events can go as late as 2 am which allows events to end without feeling rushed. Our event specialist will help you to set an event timeline that is comfortable for you and your guests. 

Is live music allowed?

Live music is always welcome at our events, please inquire for more details. 

Is outside alcohol allowed?

Beer and wine can be brought in before the start of the event and will be served by Gray Gables staff, corkage fees will be applied. All liquor and spirits must be provided by Gray Gables. 

Do I have to schedule a tour in advance?

All tours are by appointment only. Please email or call so we can set a time that works for you.

Do you have a bridal suite or groom's room available?
We have both. They are located in two separate areas on our beautiful estate. Please see the virtual tour for photos.
Do you have to rent the entire facility?

Yes, our venue fees include the use of the entire estate. Since we only book one event per day this gives you a chance to be creative with the venue space. 

How to I secure a date for my event?

If you have a special date in mind, please email or call and one of our event specialists will help ensure it is reserved for you. 

How many guests can you accomodate?

We have a maximum guest capacity of 300.
